V-FIX Cold Vulcanizing Solution
Inflammable / non-inflammable. Suitable for M24, H.R., SHR, PVC, PU, F.R. belt joints, pulley lagging & tank lining. No extra curing time required.
V-FIX Hardener (Bonding Agent)
Normally available in amber colored bottles containing 60ml. To be mixed with all V-FIX brand cold vulcanizing solutions as per instructions.
Belt Repairing Materials
Useful to repair through cuts, longitudinal cuts, holes and other worn-out parts on conveyor belts and pulley lagging etc.
V-GRIP Lagging Rubber Sheet
Specially made for conveyor pulley rubber lagging, tank lining etc… Available in standard size.Various thicknesses and length available

Conveyor Belt Jointing/Endless belt making
We undertake Conveyor Belt Vulcanizing works under Cold & Hot process. We are keeping well-trained technical staff to carry out the job on any type of conveyor belts at any site for round the clock services
Conveyor Pulley Rubber Lagging (With grooved & plain rubber sheets)
The lagging work can be carried out at site, on the structure itself, without removing pulleys from its original position. Any size of pulleys can be lagged with in very short time.
Rubber Lining of Tanks, Pipes, Vessels etc
We are carrying out the rubber lining work on vessels, storage tanks, pipes and other metal parts as per the client’s specifications & requirements.
Any other special works on conveyor beltings
